Great product, great customer service!

I ordered this beautiful scarf and beanie set a couple of weeks before my Scandinavia trip in January. However, due to Aus Post delays, I rang Elsy who couldn't do enough for me to ensure I received her products in time. Thank you so much Esly for solving my dilemma. The scarf and beanie looked great, were comfortable and very warm in the -20C temperatures of Norway and Finland.
