Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel happy with every product you purchase from us. Each of our products are unique and manufacture with great care by the best artisans around the world. If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us, we will happily accept returns of clean, unworn, undamaged and unwashed merchandise for a full refund of the cost of the goods only.  

Products are returns or exchange to Alpei at your expense unless the goods are faulty.

To return or exchange your order, contact us directly to sales@alpei.com.au.

The item/s must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase (with exception of items purchased on sale, see below). You will receive a full refund for your purchase, or offer an exchange, if you return item/s within 14 days. Returns won’t be accepted after 14 days of the date of purchase (25 days for international customers).

Please note, we won’t accept products that are worn, stained, unclean, damage or with odours or generally where the Customer is at fault of any damage to the item. Returns will not be accepted if customer is at fault for damaging the goods. (All returned items must be in the same conditions as when it was sent).

Please also note that our products may have slight variations in size or design as most of our collections are handmade. Please also be aware that we do not exchange earrings for hygienic reasons unless they have a genuine manufacturing fault.

All sale or clearance products must be returned within 14 days for a full refund, if a sale product is returned after 15 days but within 25 days of purchase (30 days for international customers) a Credit Note will be issued. Credit Notes can be used to purchase anything at Alpei. Credit Notes cannot be exchange for cash and will not be generated for amounts less than 2 dollars.


EXCHANGE

Please note that the Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you except in the instance of shipping outside of Australia.

Faulty items will be refund only if products are returned within 25 days of receipt. We will cover the costs of returned faulty items by Australia Post Registered Post Only. We will not cover the costs of items returned via courier or express post or by any other means.

If we ever do send you incorrect items, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you to return the incorrect goods.


CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us at sales@alpei.com.au before we ship it out to you. In this instance you will not be charged any costs and will be refunded in full.


Please remember to include your Alpei_Return_Form with the items you are sending back.
